Violet L. Gardocki

Violet Lorriane Gardocki passed away on August 3, 2018 at the age of 91.  She was born on June 6, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois to Frank and Hulda Hesel.  She was the sister of the late Rhoda Jenkins and is survived by her other sister Joan Shelton.  Violet was the beloved wife of the late Walter Gardocki, devoted mother of Walter Jr. “Tiny” (Linda), Jackie (Jim) Marshall, Steve (Shirley), the late Debbie Greiner, and Eugene (Shari); cherished grandmother of Doug, Gina, Angela, Stacey, Brittany, Andrew, Tommy, Patrick, Dennis and Bryan; adored great-grandmother of Brendan, Aubrey, Genevieve, Ashley, Emily, Grace, Chase, Cade, Canon, Catherine, Olive, Alyssa, and Emma.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Peine Ridge Church at 2501 W Meyer Rd, Foristell, MO 63348. Beginning at 10:30 AM, the family will welcome friends in their casual dress and bright colors in Violet’s honor to visit and reminisce about her long fulfilled life.  At 11:30 AM the memorial service will begin.  Memorial contributions may be made to Five Acres Animal Shelter, 1099 Pralle Lane, Saint Charles, MO 63303 or fiveacresanimalshelter.org<http://fiveacresanimalshelter.org> in honor of Violet.
