Victoria Lynn McCoy/Chandler (nee Sullivan), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022, at the age of 74. Cherished daughter of the late Louis J. and Irene E. Sullivan. Devoted mother of Jim "JC" (Cathi) Chandler, Cynthia Chandler, Robert Chandler, Melissa (Ken) Flaig (nee McCoy), and Scott (Missy) McCoy; loving grandmother of Jamie, Tara, Aidan, Cassandra, Caitlyn, Curtis, Ryan, Breanna, Dakotah, Brayden, Parker, Logan, and Tyler; treasured great-grandmother of Oliver, Ryker, and Xander.
Vicki was a life-long Elvis Presley fan. She loved being a collector, especially of Christmas villages and loved Christmas in general. More than anything, Vicki loved her kids and grandkids. Vicki was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
