Tricia Renee Orlando of St. Peter's, MO passed away on Friday August 21, 2026 at the age of 45.
Tricia was born in St. Louis, MO and graduated from Rosary High School and continued her schooling at Lindenwood University, where she received her Bachelors in Elementary Education.
Tricia married John Orlando, her high school sweetheart, on September 29, 2001. They were married one month shy of 25 years. Together, they had two daughters, Alyssa and Ella, whom Tricia loved dearly.
Tricia went into teaching to make a difference in children's lives. She taught for years at several local daycares.
She also enjoyed boating and spending time on the water, including Lake of the Ozarks and the river.
She also loved her dog "Otis" who never left her side. She loved nature and admiring the birds, flowers, and squirrels.
She enjoyed spending her anniversaries at Oktoberfest, going to see the Christmas lights with family, and having her favorite meal, the Amighettis special with no tomatoes and extra pepperoncini.
Tricia is survived by her husband John Orlando; her two daughters, Alyssa and Ella Orlando; her parents Mark and Vicki Hornberger; her siblings Doug (Angela) Hornberger, and Brad (Leslie) Hornberger; her mother and father-in-law Bradley And Julia Roberson, sister-in law Jenifer Arens and brother-in-law Blake Roberson; and her many nieces and nephews,
Grace, Chase, Cade, Cannon, Nash, McKenna, Taya, Tyller and Kohlie. She loved all her family very much.
In Lieu of flowers Memorial donations may be given to Shriners Hospital.
