Thomas L. Evers

Evers, Thomas Leo of Florissant, MO, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the age of 94. Devoted husband of 52 years of Vivian (née Dierker): loving father of Tim Evers (Robin), Jean Hawkins, Steve Evers (Donna), Tom Evers (Debby), Patti Tzineff (Steve), and Kathy Cosgrove (Tim); Cherished grandfather of Annie Bright, Greg Hawkins, Tim Evers Jr., Jeffery Evers, Ana Minisci, Jared and Jenna Paper-Evers, Nicholas and Amanda Evers, Tessa and Stevie Tzineff, Gabby Koeller, Maura, Louie and Ben Cosgrove, and Great Grandfather of Jessie McDowell, Karlie Bright, Phelix and Kaia Evers, Ilias, Colton, and Rosie Minisci, dearest brother of Ronald “Buzzy” Evers (JoAnn). Thomas was proceeded in death by his son Robert Evers, and daughter Joan Koeller, his parents Louis and Nora (née Drury) Evers, 4 brothers and one sister.

Thomas served in the Navy during WWII. He was retired from Boeing, where he worked for 32 years. He was an avid golfer and traveled extensively playing golf with his wife, brothers, cousins and children. He was extremely proud of his Irish heritage and traveled to Ireland multiple times to visit his family.

The family is being served by the Cremation Society of Missouri. Private burial at Jefferson Barracks. Memorial Mass and celebration of life to be held later in June.
