Chappell, Thomas (“Lucky”), 77, of St. Peters, MO, passed away on August 27th , 2022.
Tom was married to Jane Chappell on May 21, 1977. They were married for 45 years.
Tom is survived by his two children, Kimberly (Kim) Prather and Shane Prather; his grandchildren, Justin, Faith and Gabriel (Gabe); dear sister Ellena (Mary) Keller.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Lydia (Mary)Chappell; his brothers, John and Dallas Chappell, and sister Augusta (Gussie) Dunn.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given as a tribute gift to Parkinson’ s research at www.parkinson.org.
