Kemper, Steven Henry, 67, of St. Louis, MO , died on Thursday, February 5, 2026. Steve was born in Hayti, Mo and graduated from St. Charles High School.
Steven is survived by his two sisters, Linda Fleming and Kathey Smith and one brother, Ron Kemper. Along with several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Eldon and Billie Kemper and his son, Zachariah Andrew Kemper.
