Sandra Gail Ponder (Sandy), 68 of Granite City, Illinois passed away on May 26, 2020
Sandy was born in Goshen, Indiana on August 15, 1951. She graduated from Granite City High School.
Sandy worked as an Administrative Assistant for US Bank for 20 years.
She enjoyed historic homes, Snoopy, squirrels, and frogs.
Sandy is survived by her son, Devin Ponder and wife Belinda, four grandchildren, Harley Ponder, MaryAnn Ponder, Dustin Ponder and Daniel Ponder III. She is also survived by her brother Roger McManus (wife Judy), sister Deborah Latham (husband Larry), sister Dora Fickinger (husband Terry), sister Sheri Lawrence (husband Jayson), brother Kevin McManus (wife Connie), and sister Diana McManus. Sandy is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as other close family and friends.
Sandy is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Ponder I, her son Daniel Ponder II as well as her parents James Williams and Etta Robertson. She was also preceded in death by her brother Michael Williams.
