Robert (Bobby) Douglas Herron, 56, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025. He is survived by his former wife and lifelong friend, Jenny Herron; their two sons, Timothy Herron (wife, Jessica Herron) and Tyler Herron (fiancée, Hannah Clemons); and their grandchildren, Hayden and Samantha, beloved children of Tyler and Hannah. Bobby was born on August 12, 1969, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Sue and William Herron. He was raised alongside his brothers, Billy and Chris, and his sister, Cora, and later became a proud uncle to three wonderful nephews — Josh, Nick, and Zack Herron — with whom he shared many cherished moments. Bobby lived a proud and fulfilling life in Troy, Missouri, and dedicated 20 years to Bodine Pattern Company. Bobby was known for his humor, his generosity, and his unwavering love for his family. He found joy in simple pleasures — a good conversation, a fun board game, and time spent with his sons and grandchildren. His steady presence and kind heart left a mark on everyone who knew him. For those who had the pleasure of having Bobby in their life, you knew his smile was infectious and his kindness extended to everyone who needed it. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. at the Sunset Hills Community Center (3915 S. Lindbergh Blvd., Sunset Hills, MO 63127). In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Bobby’s name to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Bobby will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his kindness, humor, and love for others. His memory will live on through the family and friends whose lives he touched.
