Robert A. Garner
Robert Garner, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at the age of 74. Devoted father of Deborah (John) Pezold; precious son of the late Lloyd and Genevieve Garner; dear brother of Joyce Lammers and Ruth Garner; loving grandfather of Taylor Phillips, Kayla Pezold, Kyle Pezold, Klayten Pezold and Kristine Pezold and great-grandfather of Kylo Lewis; uncle, cousin and friend to many.
Robert was a proud United States Army veteran. His family meant everything to him, and he loved spending time with them. He was an avid outdoorsman who found peace in nature. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and boating. Robert was happy to pass his love for the outdoors to his grandchildren; he taught them how to fish and hunt as well. He also enjoyed taking long hikes, scouting out mushrooms and picnics. He was a talented griller and liked to BBQ for his family as often as he could. Robert was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A graveside service will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Thursday April 21st, 2022 at 11:30 am.
