Leland Ora Potter

Leland Ora Potter 94 completed his work here on earth on October 7, 2026 in Saint Peter’s Missouri. Leland was born to Lester D Potter and Dora (Robb) Potter on March 26, 1932 in Bismarck, North Dakota. He entered this world with the help of his 12-year-old sister who assisted in delivering him at home during a snowstorm. Leland spent time honoring our country in the US Air Force. He held many positions throughout his lifetime, mostly leadership roles. Leland was an advocate in his last days for those who could not look after themselves. He loved westerns , baseball , our country, and telling amazing stories. Leland was proceeded in death by his wife, Carolyn (Hitt )Potter, son Darren Bogart, and stepson Keith Hitt. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, Michele K Hitt and granddaughter, Isabela G Hitt, daughters Danielle ( Jeffrey) Moore, Trina Bogart, son Del Borgart. His grandchildren , Austin (Sami) Chase- Pearl Chase and Kit Chase, Dallas Chase, Payton Eades, Clayton ( Chloe) Moore, and Danyel Moore.
