Kevin Thomas McEvoy

Kevin Thomas McEvoy, beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on May 18, 2026, at the age of 61.

Born on November 27, 1964, Kevin lived his life with a generous heart, a sharp sense of humor, and a deep love for his family and friends. Proud of his Irish heritage, Kevin had a gift for making people feel welcome. He was truly a stranger to nobody and always had a joke ready, bringing laughter and comfort to everyone around him.

Above all, Kevin was most proud of being a father. His children were the center of his world, and he loved taking them everywhere and anywhere he went. Whether it was a sporting event, a family gathering, or simply spending time together, Kevin treasured every moment with his kids and made sure they always knew how loved they were.

Kevin was the cherished son of Thomas and Helen McEvoy. He was a devoted father to Sydnee McEvoy (John), Mayce McEvoy, Patrick McEvoy, Maura Conley (Chris), Alyssa Baxter (Mark), Katlyn Koch, and Thomas Fitzgibbons (Allie). He was a loving husband of Teresa (Terri) McEvoy of 23 years.

He is also survived by his loving sister and brother-in-law, Liz and Larry Quiggins, and his nephews, Benjimen and James Quiggins, whom he loved dearly.

Kevin was a huge sports lover and could often be found cheering on the Cardinals, watching football, or enjoying a round of golf. He was also known as the best grillman around, always happiest standing by the grill surrounded by family, friends, laughter, and good food.

Kevin’s kindness, humor, loyalty, and love for his family will never be forgotten. He leaves behind countless memories, stories, and laughter that will continue to live on through all who knew and loved him.

May he rest in peace and may his memory forever be a blessing.

Celebration of life will be held on June 20th 2026 from 3pm-6pm at Schaefer park 3399 Wright Ave Saint Ann, MO 63074.
