Son of Alesia (Jan) Fornachon; Beloved brother to Robert Merciel (Laura) and Nancy Mills. Loving fiancé of McKenzie A. Hayes. Loving uncle of Piper and Kara Merciel. Beloved grandson, nephew, cousin and friend to all who knew him. Justin had a heart for pets. He was a proud pet parent to Athena, Maci, Homer, Ellie and the late Stanley.
He was preceded in death by his father, Steven W. Mills
A Celebration of Justin's Life will take place on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 2pm. It will take place at Minne Ha Ha Park (Shelter D) in Sunset Hills, MO. 801 Old Gravois Rd, Sunset Hills, MO 63127
