June Chase Bartlett, 63, of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away on July 9, 2025 following a series of health challenges.
A devoted wife and mother, June’s family was her greatest joy. She and her husband, Jimmy, were married April 13, 1985 and welcomed their daughter, Katherine, in May of 1993.
Known for her kindness and generosity, June was a nurturer and maternal figure to many. She loved to cook and often cared for her loved ones by ensuring their bellies were full. June was quick to offer her support and encouragement to anyone who needed it, and her love was a stabilizing force.
A woman of dry humor and biting wit, June met even her darkest days with laughter and helped her loved ones do the same. Her resilience was rooted in a sense of joy and playfulness. She allowed for life’s absurdities and embraced the challenges of being human. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
June was preceded in death by her parents and by her husband, Jimmy. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine (Jared Dillard), and by her brother, Thomas Chase (Betty).
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 14, 2025 from 5 to 8 p.m. at St. Peters City Hall Cultural Arts Center, Room A.
