Julia Ann Wideman

Julia Ann Wideman (nee Aslan), 89, of St. Louis, Missouri, died on March 19, 2026.

Julia was married to Robert Dale Wideman and they recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on August 20, 2025.

Julia is survived by her two daughters, Stephanie (Jeff) Fisher and Donna Mattingly; her grandchildren, Jeremy (Shanna) Fisher, Jacob Mattingly, Jenna Fisher, and Rachel Mattingly, and sister Sophia (Dennis) Cline.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Willie Pauline Aslan and her siblings, George, Helen, Martin, and Ollie Aslan; as well as son in-law, John Mattingly.

Julia was an active member at Waypoint Church in St. Charles County. Throughout her life, Julia loved to sing in the church choir, read, play games and spend time with her husband, daughters, and grandchildren.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, a Visitation with the family will be held at 10am followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00am at Waypoint Church, 4075 Old Hwy 94 S, St. Charles, MO 63304.
