Lewis, Judith Ann (Judy) (nee: McCarthy) passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018, at age of 70, after a battle with cancer.
Judy was a 1965 graduate of Revere High School in Bath, Ohio, and a long time resident of Sharon Center, Ohio. She had recently relocated to Weldon Spring, Missouri to be with family.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Richard McCarthy and Virginia (nee: Harshman) McCarthy. She is survived by her three children; Michelle Sims Frasca (Glenn), Richard Lewis (Shannon), Jeffrey Lewis (Melanie) and nine grandchildren: Richard Albert, Nicholas, Drew, Seth, Andrew, Julia, Skylar, David & Tucker, and her beloved pets Sylvie & Barkley.
No formal service is planned. Memorial contributions may be made to Medina County (Ohio) Animal Shelter, 6334 Deerview Lane, Medina, Ohio 44256 or Lake Erie Labrador Retriever Rescue, P.O. Box 135, Bath, Ohio 44210, or to the animal rescue of your choice.
