Jeanetta Pearl Marmon was born March 30, 1935, in the Manhattan borough of New York City. She married Charles Edward Hittler, Jr. on August 16, 1952 in Saint Louis. Jan and Charlie raised 5 boys, Michael Lee, Dennis Robin, Keith Allen, Brian Kevin and Bruce Stephen. Jeanetta passed away March 16, 2019.
Jan worked for the United States Postal Service. During retirement, Jan drove a school bus for the Saint Charles City Special School District, with Charlie as her bus monitor. A talented cook, Jan loved to entertain. She and Charlie loved to travel. A loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, sister, Aunt, Grandmother, and dear friend, Jan will be missed by many.
The family will hold a private celebration of Jan’s life.
