Freida Bernice Baird Finnical

Baird – Finnical, Freida Bernice of O’Fallon, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the age of 72.

She was the loving mother of Rhonda (Steve) Patterson and Louis “Bubba” (Anita) Baird; cherished grandmother of Brendan and Connor Patterson, Payton and Dillan Baird, Jenna Emrick and Britney Warren.

Freida was preceded in death by her parents Sherman and Bessie Pauline (NEE: Shelton) Claude; two brothers, Bill and Jurl “Jay” Claude and one sister, Edith Stewart.

“A light from our family is gone

A voice we loved is stilled

A place is vacant in the home

Which never can be filled

We have to mourn the loss of one

We would’ve loved to keep

But God who surely loved her best

Has finally made her sleep

After a lifetime of her love and joy

And music to fill our ears

God leaves us wonderful memories

To help us through our tears”

The family is being served by Cremation Society of Missouri.  A small family memorial celebration will be held at a future date.
