Kious, Franklin Olen, of St. Charles, MO passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at the age of 69. Husband of 43 years to Mary Kious (nee: Hunter); father of Brian Kious and Blair Buck; grandfather of Audrey, Wesley, and Rhiannon Kious, and Evelyn Buck. Franklin was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Jewel (nee: Spencer) Kious; two brothers, Freeman and William Kious; and one sister, Judy Grannemann (nee: Kious).
