Frances “Fran” Ann O’Neil

Frances “Fran” Ann O'Neil (nee Bane), of Lake Saint Louis, MO, passed away Monday, January 11, 2021 at the age of 70. Beloved wife of Paul O’Neil; cherished daughter of the late Albert Jr., and Marie Bane; dear sister of the late Guye Bane, Alverda "Ally" Bane, Hazel (Harry) Proffitt, Henry "Bill" (Carol) Bane, Rick Bane and the late Albert Bane, III.

Frances was married to her best friend, Paul, for 46 years. She loved to quilt, reading varied genres of books and would make lovely homemade cards. Frances loved traveling all over the world, she and Paul went on many cruises. She was a people person who never met a stranger. Frances was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Frances's name to American Cancer Society.
