Dennis Yancey

Dennis Riley Yancey, of O'Fallon, Missouri, passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 76. Survived by life partner, Mary Ann Lehnen, Two Children, Christopher Yancey and Katie Pfitzer. Dennis also had an extended family, Marty and Deanna Baker of Wentzville and their two children Isabella and Sophia Baker. Preceded in death by Sister Diane Yancey of Paducah Kentucky and his Parents, Rommye L Yancey and Reba K Yancey.

He was in the U.S. Army serving time in Korea. After leaving the service, Dennis attended Samford University and received a degree in Theology. Dennis Loved music and started playing the guitar at the age of 13. Among his other interests . he was a HAM radio Operator for many years and enjoyed talking to folks all over the world. He also was a avid Kentucky basketball fan and never missed watching when they played. He also was a member of the VFW in St. Charles, Mo.

Dennis always loved talking with people about anything and he will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Memorials may be made in Dennis's name to American Cancer Society or Five Acre Animal shelter.
