Cullen was born in Jacksonville, FL where he lived for 60 years till he moved in with family in Warrenton MO.
Cullen was a car enthusiast and collector. He loved the races and putting model cars together. He also loved playing his video games, radio control cars and fishing. He was a lover of all animals and spending time with his family.
Cullen is survived by is Sister Katherine (Laval) Clark Shrum, Brothers Clayton Clark Jr., and Rodger (Martelle) Clark Sr., his nieces and nephews Vanita (Colin) Corbin, Rodger (Susan) Clark Jr., Travis (Candice) Shrum, grand nieces and nephews Austin Clark, Emily ( Nathan) Donaldson, Megan ( Morgan) greer, jasmine shrum, stormi shrum and his cousins Charles (Julia) Harvey, and Herman Hall.
He is preceded in death by his parents Clayton Sr. And Laura Page Clark.
A memorial service will be held at evergreen cemetery in Jacksonville FL at a later date.
