Gilliam, Cecil Eugene of St. Louis, MO passed away on Sunday evening, May 20, 2018 surrounded by immediate family members and his loving compassionate wife, Felicia Yvonne (Gatlin) of 60 years. Dear father of Paul Gilliam (Karla), Felix (Dee), Tina Johnson (Kirk); beloved grandfather of Daniel, Eric, Megan, Matthew, and Adam; great-grandfather of Hailey, Dean, and Kensley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Dorothy Gilliam; two brothers, Bill and Bob Gilliam; and 2 sisters, Dolores Young and Gloria Johnston.

There will be no public services held at this time.
